Today Lee had a friend over, Bee took M.E. to her soccer game and I stayed home doing some leisurely cleaning. After M.'s game she went to her grandmother's house while Bee and I went to Target. I am ashamed to admit I bought a bag there. It's not handmade or a great thrift score, but it is a really cute hobo bag that matches the clothes I bought myself at the Lame Giant.
I love those orange and yellow blossoms.
Know why I took a picture of my boring clothes and $10.00 bag? Because my wonderful MIL gave me a new camera for my birthday! Look! You can see the roving M.E. and I dyed with leftover Easter egg dye:
Popcicle colors
I've got a busy week ahead of me, but I want to try spinning some of that up and see what I get. Though M.'s having so much fun playing with it that I might just give it to her and look around for some on sale Easter egg dye.
I had no idea Easter egg dye could be so vibrant. Is it colorfast?
Hey, we got a bunny, a cute little black minirex. I think you'll be able to see pictures if you go to http://www.flickr.com/photos/knitsteel/

Those are gorgeous colors. I was also wondering if they're colorfast. And that's a cute bag, who cares if it's not homemade?
